Fantastic books for young girls getting into reading!! Great stories about friendship and life lessons. The characters deal with all sorts of situations and often find responsible solutions to problems.

I loved this series growing up and wanted to start my own babysitting business with friends. Great lessons in entrepreneurship for tweens.

The books may be dated with out references to modern technology but the story stands and lessons are still relevant.

Awesome books that girls will love! And the series grows with them! Terrific Author!

Damn..... Martin bringing in racism and inequality!

Unfortunately, this kind gets glazed over in the end. What's the result? Does Jessi become accepted? WHO ARE THE RACISTS IN STONEYBROOK?!? I MUST KNOW!

Once I found this whole series on Audible, I decided to spend 2021 listening to all 131 books in this series and this one is where I'm at on April 1. I'm a bit behind but hoping to get ahead soon and quickly.

I'm loving my time re-reading these. I don't remember thinking these books were 5 star reads but I know I loved the ones I was able to read when I was a kid. I'm glad I'm able to listen to the audiobooks now but wish I could find the whole series in physical form. Maybe one day.

This book was a good one. I'd recommend you listen to the whole series. Maybe you'll enjoy it, and maybe you won't. It's hard to say for sure. What I know is that I'm enjoying the nostalgia of it all.

Mallory is my least favorite babysitter.

Mallory Pike is now old enough that she can start babysitting, so this former babysitting charge is invited to a meeting of the Baby-Sitters Club. But the members of the BSC make it incredibly difficult for Mallory to prove her skills as a babysitter (despite the fact that she has eight younger siblings) so Mallory quits and forms a new club-Kids' Incorporated-with her friend Jessi Ramsey. The BSC members finally realize how terrible they were treating Mallory, so they apologize and offer her and Jessi spots in the Baby-Sitters Club.
