Over the top but heartfelt. Had a difficult time getting into the pacing at the beginning. Now thinking this was to do with the fact that this was my first experience with this multi book character. This is book 10 in the series.

Reading "Christmas Shopaholic" was like catching up with an old friend, both of you cuddled in a warm coffee shop on a snowy day, sipping hot chocolate topped with marshmallows. There's this familiarity in rejoining Becky Bloomwood in her wacky adventures, and I loved every page of this book! In terms of a self-contained novel in a cozy holiday setting, I liked this a lot more than the last two Shopaholic novels with Becky in Los Angeles. Everyone is just so lovely, I could read so many more Becky Bloomwood novels!

I struggled with rating this book because I would struggle recommending this book to a friend as it is definitely light and fluffy chick-lit. This was a laugh out load book with the cliche happy ending! Perfect for a pre-holiday read.

Nope, can't do it. Right about the time that Becky writes on her husband while he's sleeping, with sharpie (because all her life she thought that only black sharpies were permanent, and this one was blue), I am giving up. Surely there is no one this stupid in the world. Natural selection would have done its job by now, wouldn't it? It's not entertaining to me, and I am bored out of my mind reading about her doing the same crap over and over. DNF at page 76.

I think you need to be a stan to enjoy this.
I have not read the other books in the series but good golly if this main character is as shallow and obnoxious as she is in this one then I'm glad I never started this series.

Wowee, she is extremely over dramatic about every little thing and behaves more like a teenager than an adulting mother and wife in some instances.

I LOVED this Christmas Novel. I’m a big fan of the shopaholic series and I highly relate and adore Becky. Hilarious, festive and fun!!

Boring and highly frustrating with the current cost of living. Very predictable

Classic christmas shenanigans. It would surely be a more meaningful read if i knew the series, but it was still cute on its own.
