This book felt like a new take on the descendants of gods. I also enjoyed how it isn’t the traditional western pantheons of gods but more lesser known gods. There were some times where the story was hard to follow.

I enjoyed this book. I think this was a great Greek Mythology. I liked the worldbuilding and the magic system. I liked the relationship between the three sister -- Io, Ava, and Thais -- and the relationship between Io and Edei -- I like a good reluctant allies to more plot.

This book was so good!
The world is really interesting and unique with a well thought out mystery! I love how it incorporated Greek mythology into the magic system!
I’ll definitely be reading the next one when it comes out!

Interesting concept and the writing is good, but the pacing dragged. By the time the plot picked up enough to be engaging, the book was over. I think some time spent on worldbuilding could have been better integrated into plot. The world is really intriguing though, and will probably appeal to YA fantasy or mythology fans.
