Another great story on our journey to the Tower.

Actually ended up enjoying the book quite a lot towards the end... I could not care about a lot of what this story had to say sadly even with the climax being great.

Another great addition to the series. I love the connections between post apolyptic times and other worlds. Also connections to and across pop culture. Of course the main story also stands alone.

Part 3 of the book is what made the read worth it. Part 2 is an interesting set of stories that further weaves the web of the dark tower and its influence. But, part 1 was such a slog for me personally and I felt that it could have been halved and the book would have been just as good.

An incredible series so far and despite its length this was fantastic! The character development in this one was huge with such a great build up. Questions were answered but even bigger ones opened up.
