Continued quality. Get the tiniest glimpse at what the Dark Tower really is at the end of this book and, uh... I can't tell if it's the most impressive thing I've ever heard of or the most arrogant- probably both. But baller, nonetheless. Baller.

Wolves of the Calla is another awesome installment of The Dark Tower series. Stephen King again continues to create here what many artists and authors can only dream of doing: creating a rich, fantastic world in which awe-inspiring adventures take place. This latest volume held me close to its pages and contained some of the most exciting moments and stories of the series to date. Above all, the ease (and self-awareness) with which Stephen King uses pop culture references and allusions to his previous work creates a vast web of connectivity that gives The Dark Tower saga a vastness and grandeur absolutely essential to such a vast work of science fiction/horror/fantasy. I'm extraordinarily excited for the penultimate volume: Song of Susannah!

Stephen, you are breaking the fourth wall on me bud... you better know what you are doing.
