This is my second reading of Ducks. I'm a long time fan of Beaton and the comics about her life were always interesting. It's fascinating to look into someone else's life. It's not just another world, it's their view of an entirely different world. But tragically many things are still the same

The great Canadian graphic novel, it is an exploration of what people will put up with when they need to take care of themselves, and how others will take advantage of those because of their lack of resources.
