i really enjoyed this! my only complaints would be that it felt kind of fast and it didn’t seem like the relaitonship and plot line was as fully developed? the magic system was a bit tricky to follow but i did rly like emmy!

[thank you netgalley and berkley publishing for this arc] kind of upset i didn’t up liking this book as much as i thought i would. i didn’t like the writing at all and didn’t really care for the plot tbh. i only stuck around for my sexy lil witch talia avramov and she made it worth it.
