It's ok. The plot and characters were not particularly creative and sometimes the art (especially the faces) was wonky but overall decent. Idk. Just average.

beautiful art and worldbuilding, strong concept and great tropes + characterisation. the actual plot and pacing felt a little thin to me and ultimately made the book less satisfying than it could have been, but i often feel this way with graphic novels so idk if its the book itself or just me and how i interact w/visual media....
