I really enjoyed this graphic novel. It's a different take on the path-to-knighthood story, and I loved that the protagonists were in large part POC, and set in a Middle East-inspired world. Equally exciting is that the authors are themselves of Middle Eastern descent.

If you're a fan of knights, kickass girls, and good storytelling, definitely give this a read.

This was interesting! I liked the art style. I think the story wasn’t long enough. And they were too young. I think the characters should’ve been just a bit older. But the story was good! I liked it overall.
