WOWZA, loved the audio. Picked up on a lot of things I missed reading the print! So fun. As always, a phenomenal ending to the series.

A perfect ending for a perfect series. Different from the ones in Gryffindor. I thought I wouldn’t be brave enough to finish this one. My first time reading Harry Potter dates back to 2010s. I read the first 6 books in a year, but couldn’t read the 7th book. After 10-13 years I started to read the books again, and it felt like magic one more time. What I love the most about these books are the immersion. I feel part of Hogwarts. And the end… it’s really hard to say goodbye.
I feel in this book they did a good job of bringing everything together, the houses, the teachers, the elfs, the goblins, the ministry. Everything! The world was clashing.
When I was a kid I hated how Harry Potter fans felt about the movies, and now I understand them. The movies are great and with a perfect casting, but not quite the same.
In this last book I felt the danger they were facing, and this is how a last book like this series should feel like. Many deaths including Dobby, this one destroyed me. I cried in the book, and cried in the movie. After a while, I thought that even though Voldemort is the leader, Bellatrix is really the villain of the show. She tortures Hermione and Neville’s parents, kills Sirius, Dobby and almost kills Ginny.
I loved that Molly Weasley is the one that finished Bellatrix.
“Not my daughter, you bitch!”
These series have so many great characters. Luna Lovegood, Dobby, Hermione, Dumbledore, Ron, Harry, Snape, Neville. It’s a list of characters that feel like real people. I’ll miss this.
It feels so empty now without Hogwarts. I can’t wait to read this all again in 3-5 years.
