I have trouble rating things like this because when something is at least well executed, I feel like it deserves a three star rating. Which is what I gave this.
It was fine. It’s just not something that really ended up being for me. And I say that as somebody who really likes the current trend of serial killer romances that we’ve got going on right now.
My rating for personal enjoyment would be lower than three stars, but that’s because it ended up not being for me.
If you’re looking for something nice and short to get your feelers out there for this type of dark romance, then this would probably be a good place to start.

3.5 rounded up to 4 stars for review. This started out really good! Towards the middle to end it felt a bit rushed (even for a short novella type) with a few random details thrown in. I wish the entire book read like the first half. Overall it was good.
I listened to the audiobook rather than read the ebook. This would have been a three star for me if not for the amazing narrators. Straight porn, but fun!
