it was kind of hard to get through but I liked it? definitely a lot of old references that I didn't take the time to look up and wish I had, but I overall really enjoyed the main themes.

If you can look past some of the things that didn’t age well the book is really good! The first half of the book is a bit slow but it’s a really nice read and Wilde has such a beautiful way of describing scenery.

The second half is incredibly dark and that’s where he really hooks you. I loved the ending.

Very intriguing and twisted story.
It started sweet and developed into corruption and ended with a twist.
Liked it way more than I thought I would.
