Wow, what a revelation. Full disclosure, I have never read an AQUAMAN comic until now. I was never interested in the character in the first place, is my excuse. I was about to pass on this new creative team too, had I not read a stellar review on CVR which piqued my interest. Boy, am I glad I tried it out. The art is very very good, and so is the story, imbued by DeConnick with a lyricism seldom found in superhero books. Worth checking out for sure.

This new arc seems interesting and i loved the illustrations, they reiminded me of a fairytale, which I think suits a lot what is happening.

Amnesia! Male Moana answers to the call of the ocean. Love the writer, but I'm shook by them calling him Andy. Ionno guys...

The mythology and art of this issue... just WOW. I hope Kelly Sue and Robson Rocha feed me well with this run because lately Aquaman has become so repetitive and I feel like it needs something different and while the amnesia trope is really typical I'm loving what I'm seeing here.
