I went into this thinking it was about accidental pregnancy and the sperm donor doesn’t find out until years later since the romance book lovers Facebook lied to me again (kinda)
I was all for the age gap dilfy romance since fictional kiddies are the literal best but to realize the whoopsie doesn’t take place until book 2 I felt bamboozled. Anywho the book was okay I read it instead of sleeping but what’s new. I had to pause at the 80% mark since my jaw fell to the floor and I felt like a gremlin looking at water with how the book ended so that’s something. READ THE TRIGGERS

I've had this large age gap, Nanny/Neighbor romance on my TBR for ages and I finally picked it up even though the thought of an 18 year old and a 30 year old was a bit cringey to me. I'm happy to be proven wrong because I totally fell for these characters. I mean who didn't ever have a crush on a hot older guy??
Full of sweet moments, some heat and some REALLY emotionally heavy parts (domestic abuse, sexual assault, cancer and death of a child). Be prepared though that this book ends with a giant cliffhanger ending and you're going to want to start the sequel immediately!!
Good on audio narrated by Kasi Hollowell. Now I need to go start the next one right away!!

I had a love hate relationship with this book while reading it. I didn’t know what to expect, but that wasn’t it. This books gave me all the feels.
I read a review about the plot twist near the end and decided not to continue
