Pros
So many important subjects are touched upon, and it should definitely be required reading school (also because the writing style is very simple, at times it really seems like the author’s talking to kids)

Cons
Because it covers so many topics there unfortunately isn’t a deep dive into most of them and it stays pretty surface level, so great if you don’t know much about these topics (or even just one of them) pick it up, but if you’ve already been on that journey for longer, I would recommend something more in-depth

This is a solid book for those who are learning, wanting to do better but not sure where to start, don't want to "say the wrong thing' when trying to help, etc.
I feel like this one is giftable, a good resource to keep close.

Great introduction to things worth getting smarter about. I follow Blair Imani on Instagram and enjoy their Smarter in Seconds videos.
This was chosen as a work book club read and I hope we are able to implement a lot of the ideas here into our daily work lives and beyond.
The audiobook is narrated by the author and I always love that.
