Not sure why it needed to be 14 hrs (7 hrs but I listen to it double time on audiobook) but informative.
It reminds clinicians that we need to treat the dissociative/fragmented parts into order to heal the entire person. Fisher gives us real life situations and also gives clinicians clear steps on how to treat people who have experienced trauma.

This is the most helpful book I have found on the subject of complex/developmental trauma. I use the exercises in the appendices regularly.
