Each chapter felt really similar and after a certain point, I couldn’t find the motivation to pick it up again

Goodness, built up so much suspense in such brief interludes. Could have been a one day read but too intense, had to put it down and come back to it. Enjoyable though, loved the multimedia flare.

"because in any given throng, assembled for whatever reasons, in any so-called street crowd that I happen to find myself in, taking cover in it, it’s clear that no one ever cares the tiniest bit if I’m there, nobody gives a shit whether I belong in that crowd, nothing interests a crowd, a crowd has no identity, no will, no aim, no direction, because no crowd ever realizes that it’s a crowd"
i wanted to scream at the author to get out of my head.

The short form stuff is not as great as the longer novels, but this is still really nice, particularly with the visual and audio accompaniments. Recommended.

i have absolutely no idea what was going on and the way this book is written is so purposefully confusing and disorienting, it was really fun and interesting to read
