Dylan and Quinn are both second year residents in Internal Medicine with dreams to be chief resident. They’re academic rivals, but Quinn doesn’t see them as rivals. There’s some open door spice too

I think I'm the weird one where I wanted more medicine and medicine related drama in residency. Not Grey's Anatomy drama, exactly, just more of the emotions around being tired and taking care of sick patients who may die on you and the pressures of being right.

Really enjoyed it! Hands down the most realistic view of residency of any fiction book I’ve read. The epilogue was also the best!
