This book started out so promising for me. I loved the banter and trope here is second chance romance .The premise was cute but the characters just didn’t pull me in.If you're want a sweet romance, then this is it.

DNF chapter 5.

Wasn't vibing with it. Boring, no chemistry. The gossip columns with excessive exclamations and hashtags after every chapters were a bit much...
But the deal breaker was *why* they haven't seen each other in 14 years. I was expecting some huge, horrible scandal or something, but... no.
Who throws away a cherished multi-year friendship because he's afraid no woman will love him because he's friends with a girl?

Nah. I'm not staying on this train for another 250 pages. Liv deserves better.

This book was a cute lighthearted read. i enjoyed reading about Ransom and Liv and their character development was top tier. I also really loved the social media posts that we could read bc it kinda made me feel like it was gossip girl.

With that being said, i just didn't connect with the story, or the characters. i didn't find myself wanting to pick up the book, even though i did finish it in 2 days. i think the writing was just not for me.

Nevertheless, still a solid read

The Reunion is soapy, romantic, and completely cinematic. There were times I forgot I was reading and instead thought I was watching my favorite teen CW drama!

This is a second chance, friends to strangers to lovers, costar romance. The setting was really fun, but the miscommunications and assumptions were annoying. It also felt very immature. I'm not quite sure how old the FMC is supposed to be, but psychologically, I'd guess 14 (which I know she isn't). Also, what kind of name is Ransom? All in all, I was still entertained.

I found this book kinda boring. The two main characters were bland and I didn’t really care for them being together at the end. I would of enjoyed it more if it let you get to know her other former costars more and her assistant/best friend. Also the random social media inserts between chapters were dumb and unnecessary.
