Non tra i miei preferiti della Austen, perché i personaggi maschili sono un po' bietoloni senza sex appeal (non so chi sia meno attraente tra Ferrars l'eterno insucuro, Willoughby lo stronzo e Brandon il malinconico panciotto di flanella), tuttavia non è la tensione erotica a essere al centro della vicenda, mentre i personaggi sono delineati perfettamente e l'ironia è sublime, come sempre nell'autrice
