I really liked getting the stories of McGonagall and Lupin's lives -- although I wish somehow these were written in novel form rather than in these short digests. Still, a lovely little tidbit for Potter fans.

I love this collection of shorts that give more insight into some of my favorite characters. I remember reading some about Professor McGonagall on Pottermore, but it was nice to delve deeper into her. And all the stuff on Remus! Makes me want to cry.

This was my pick for the O.W.L.s reathathon - the potions subject (Shrinking solution: book under 150 pages). A fun little read - especially McGonagalls back story was so nice to read

I needed a pick me up after the last couple books I've read and this was perfect! It gave me all the feels!! It was nice to learn more about Professor McGonagall and Lupin. J.K. Rowling gives us a more in-depth look, a mini-history if you will, of a few of the beloved characters from the Harry Potter stories. This Is Such a short book that I am not sure if it can be added to the number of the books read in the year, or to a challenge.

This novelette was great. I loved getting to see more into some of these side characters. It makes sense why some of them seemed to be their own people and that's because Rowling made them feel that way.

I've read some of the texts on Pottermore. It's cool to know some of the backstories of the characters, but if you think, and at least for me, I wouldn't pay for something I've read free in JK webpage, but also understand the price of thinking in a whole awesome universe, and well... for those who haven't read it yet, it's a priceless opportunity.
