This book is a really compelling story for how important storytelling is. I loved how all the characters’ stories intertwined into one massive story. I liked the ending though it did feel like it ended a little abruptly, but I not too upset about it. A cozy read!

A really lovely book written by an intelligent, beautifully spoken author. There is something about this story that should touch everyone regardless of your experience in the world. Are you a child, a parent, a citizen, a student, a reader? Then you will find something in this book for you.

I liked the first half of the book better than the second half. It started out really interesting but then turned depressing and kind of confusing. It became hard to follow. I am sure it was done by design to parallel the cognitive decline of the characters. However it made it challenging and not in a fun way. The intertwining stories of the characters, both alive and fictional/dead, and the concept of the cemetery was very interesting. I just can’t really wrap my head around the ending.
