Quick, fun story for Elemental Assassin fans, especially those of us who adore Gin and Owen. It's exactly what you would come to expect from an EA book––witty, exciting, and a little mysterious––even if it stretches the lore a little bit. That said, it only took me about 30 minutes to read, and I don't regret any second of it!

Cute and heartwarming

I'm sure there are those who'd disagree that an assassination can be heartwarming but to each their own. I love how Gin always helps the powerless and the broken. Short and sweet. So glad I saw this had a discount on Twitter! (Follow your favorite authors' social medias cuz they post their deals too)

What can I say about Haints and Hobwebs, well if you haven’t tried the Elemental Assassin series this is a nice novella to give the series a go.

I LOVE Gin. I LOVE all the characters. Finn, Gin, and Owen all of them. I adore Owen. He’s so sweet and he loves Gin. The best thing about this novella is that we get GHOSTS, yes, ghosts. This is the first time we are seeing them in this world. Last, as always their is no shortage of action. It’s one thing you can always count on in the Elemental Assassin series.

Haints and Hobwebs had me hooked from begging to end. I adored this novella and I LOVE the Elemental Assassin series. If you enjoy a kick-ass heroine, outstanding world building, and amazing action sequences, then this novella and series are for you.

Series: Elemental Assassin #4.7
Rating: 4 stars - It was really good

After making a visit to Fletcher’s grave, Gin finds herself haunted by a haint. This haint wants revenge for its death and Gin agrees to help.

This was a short story that was very interesting. This is the first time ghosts or haints have been mentioned in this series so it was interesting to see how they worked. I enjoyed this story of love and loss a lot. As with all of Gin’s stories, I loved seeing her kick ass and help those in need.

Also, I really enjoyed seeing Owen actually help with a mission. It shows how much he accepts all of Gin and her assassin ways. He really is the perfect man for her and I can’t wait to see their relationship grow.
