Continuing on with my read through the ACOTAR series for the first time, and I have finally finished A Court of Frost and Starlight. I really enjoyed the time with everyone, and celebrating the solstice. There were many interesting elements, that read like a drama. I had a good time while I was reading this one, but when I put it down I was never in a rush to get back to it. I’m hopeful that the next book will be more exciting and hold my attention. Although I won’t be jumping into it right away.

This was a really nice change of pace from the heaviness of ACOWAR. I think it receives unfair criticism for being so lighthearted but I think that this book will be a big help in understanding the next books coming from Sarah J. Maas

This was actually really cute. It was nice to see the IC’s life after the war, and where they all ended up. I really hope Nesta pulls this stick outta her ass. I mean, yeah, I get why she has one. But still. She should at least try and be nice. Overall, I think this was really cute. I give it 4.75/5 stars, but not a full five stars as it’s a novella, and there wasn’t really much to it.
