Easy to read book on food / wine pairing. The author has a nice relaxed style, however the advice was a little thinner than I hoped for. In short the book can be summed up as:
- drink wine from the same locale as the food you are eating
- if you want red drink Pinot Noir unless eating beef or lamb
- don't drink wine with cheese but if you do make it white
- at Christmas drink whatever you like
There are ten slightly random food recipes to bulk out the book.
