Well well well... I have literally zero words. Goodbye.

Nope I'm just kidding, but really I am a little bit speechless. I finished this book a few days ago, and couldn't bring myself to write up the review just yet, I needed time to gather my thoughts. So obviously this is a kind of Alice in Wonderland retelling, and it's one of the best that I have ever read. It really is, it's so unique and well thought out, it's interesting and dark and creepy and yes, weird too. It's everything that I absolutely love. Except the ending. The ending was awful and it pretty much ruined everything that I thought about this book. It was an amazing book, but the ending was so anticlimactic I wanted to scream.

My jaw is DROPPED. this was such a creepy and disturbing book and I ate it up. Alice in Wonderland meets American horror story for suuure, but there should def be trigger warnings ⚠️ because omg that was so scary I wanna cry

As someone who loves Alice in Wonderland in all forms this book hit everything it needed to and then some. The details of the characters and alices change throughout the book was chefs kiss. It can be a hard read for some as it does touch on a few gruesome and touchy subjects. Please read till at least chapter 4 before you DNF

This was an absolutely delightful read. I loved this extremely dark take on the Alice story and I really enjoyed the ending. Finished in a day and now onto the sequel
