Good listen overall. A few times where I lost the plot a bit (the theory behind shame, and not confusing that with being ashamed or embarrassed, for example) but I think I pretty firmly am walking away with the main point. I will be thinking back to daring greatly when I have do something that makes be feel vulnerable.
EDIT: A month later and I don't remember a single thing from this book lol. Lowering my rating based on that.
