Kelan and Jenesis, When Love Unexpectedly Finds You

I was sooooo happy that Sincere did not just go away so easy!!!…He deserved everything he got!!!…
Kane and Dior kept me laughing and I truly enjoyed them together!!!…They definitely deserved each other and was a prefect for!!!…
Kelan and Jenesis relationship was so calming and affectionate!!!…I loved how understanding he was after learning what she went through at the hands of Sincere!!!…
It’s crazy how eager Myeisha was to get cocky with Dior, but lost that energy when Kane and his crew showed up!!!…
This was such a great read and I enjoyed it from the beginning of the 1st book to the last page of the 3rd book!!!…

I was so eager to finish this series that I finished it in 1 day. Book 2 left a lot of things in the air but I’m not sure if I am fully onboard on how it was wrapped up in Book 3. 

Melanie still harping on having a relationship with Kelan seemed out of place in Book 3. In Book 2, I thought she got the hint he moved on and she was getting her life together. For her to still be plotting and scheming in Book 3 was a huge step back in her development and lead to her demise. I was still sad to know she will no longer have the opportunity to make things right with Emmy. 

Sincere… the whole reason I read this book was I wanted him to get his karma!!! How he violated Jenesis in Book 2 caused me to rage read Book 3! I wish we knew what Kelan did to officially end his life. Also, talk about a plot twist of thinking Melanie was his sister in Book 2 to finding out his mom full on lied and they are not kin. I wondered if Melanie and Sincere’s relationship would have continued if they found this information out before her death. 

Jenesis, I’m so proud of her working through what transpired at the end of Book 2. Now what was out of character for her is how she became this seasoned torturer at the end of the book. I got to the end and was confused on where this side of her was in Book 1-2. Especially with her being a nurse and being a nurturer at heart. 

Kane honestly forgave Jewelynn quicker than I thought he would. I thought the grudge would be held much longer and he would still lash out after hearing how his birth mother was killed. But I have to give it to him, he handled the situation well (besides shooting Jewelynn and going on a mass killing spree). I’m so happy that the tired ass relationship between Kane and Bonnie ended. It low key should have ended in Book 2 but I know they were bonded due to the years of being together.
