I really enjoyed the first 50/60% but then it fell apart for me and honestly this is probably more on me than the author. I kept seeing this book advertised as enemies to lovers but it's just enemies and they should just stay enemies! Abuse left and right. I also think the trigger warning of dubious consent should be updated to something stronger. Not the book for me. Loved willow as a character and getting to see how the witches and vessels interact was interesting.

I really liked this book, however, I think what held me back from loving it was the lack of magic. I felt that we werent really shown the full extent of the powers and some of the side characters felt rather lacking, and whilst they are side characters there are other books that make theirs feel a lot more included.

I really enjoyed the ending though and look forward to the others, but i wish it hadnt have been that rushed.
