This was weird (in a bad way), shallow, and was less amusing than I expected. I rushed to finish it.

Oh this was purely delightful! I loved it so much! Just the duality of his character and how much he loves Panda! And making friends which probably only counts on his day off but stil!!
lighthearted
YA manga, first in a series. I don't read a lot of manga, but this one sounded cute so I decided to give it a shot. Mr. Villain is a General in an organization bent on destroying the world. The Rangers are the good entity that are trying to stop said organization. But on Mr. Villain's day off, he likes to... go to the zoo and watch the pandas. On several excursions he runs into a Ranger, but calls a truce and explains that it is his day off. We never see much of the actual organization or much of the fighting with the Rangers, only the slow relaxing days in-between. Each new day off begins with the same intro, kind of like a credits song to start an episode. It was a quick read, cute enough, but also repetitive. I don't see myself continuing with the series.

i looooved this i love mr villain and his love of pandas these r a nice like breather
This was cute, even if it was a bit repetitive at times. I really enjoyed his obsession with pandas and how he kept putting off fighting and destroying humanity. I will definitely be reading more.

This was so much fun to read! I loved that this was the little slice of life story that I didn’t know I needed in my life. I loved following Mr. Villain on his days off exploring the zoo, finding the wonders of a convenience store snack run, and just doing the things he enjoys with the time he has away from work. Also, the fact that he wants absolutely nothing to do with anyone he knows from his work life on the weekends? It’s just so relatable. And I loved that although he is a villain, he was so kind to the humans who helped him and to those he helped in return. This was so good and I can’t wait to get my hands on the next volume! Volume one is getting four stars. 🥰
