Pretty decent overview of the game's lore if you don't feel like dropping 100 bucks on the Tune and Fairweather Blood Echoes book (even though you totally should.)

'Bloodborne' is one of my favourite games ever, and while I've never understood it, I've always been fascinated by the lore. The story lurking under the surface, just out of reach. 'The Paleblood Hunt' does an incredible job at explaining that story in a clear, detailed manner. Redgrave expertly outlines exactly how we know certain things to be true and exactly how he reaches certain interpretations. And, it has to be said, the story is INCREDIBLE. I now love the game even more. This sadly skips over a few things I would've liked to have learnt more about - Vicar Amelia, Witch of Hemwick, and the One Reborn - if it had covered them, it'd be five stars, though as it is, it's still amazing. I wish there were equivalents for the other games in the series; I would definitely check those out!
