Despite being someone who was officially diagnosed Autistic yet still struggles with feeling like they “really” count this book was a wonderful read. Filled to the brim with information and exercises, that I most certainly will be trying out, for anyone who is, suspects, or just wants to know more about Autism this is a must read.

pretty strong insight and at times heavy reading into autism and how it effects different people of all different types (and how society responds to the symptoms depending on gender, race, class etc.). it offers numerous examples and activities to engage with to self-reflect and improve ones life with autism, but despite its current content it could probably use more extensive detail into the most current science and research behind autism. still, as a broad overview it fulfils its purpose

An intersectional and comprehensive take on neurodiversity. At times quite heavy.

Would've loved to finish listening, but i had to return it to the library and when i wanted to get back to it, it was deleted from the library app. Maybe one day I'll encounter a legal way to finish this book, it was very helpful in getting to know myself
