I binged this entire series over a weekend and I honestly don’t know how I missed these books. I loved the combination of omegaverse and hockey romance, and while the whole series was fantastic, Overtime was my favourite read!

I had a lot of fun with Ishir and Zee; they were both alphas, long term friends, now teammates and roommates. Their story definitely brought a lot of steam and things got a little kinky as well, which I loved. Ishir’s vulnerability and Zee’s possessiveness was such an addictive combination.

While Zee had always been possessive of Ishir, it reached whole new levels once they started living together, and I loved how it was written and handled in the story. Add in some scenting and marking, and things really got super hot!

There was some pining from Ishir’s side, as he had been crushing on Zee for a long time. It was bittersweet to see how he tried to protect himself in the beginning, trying to figure out if Zee had feelings for him or not.

I completely adored these two together, and there were a lot of sweet and heartwarming moments between them, as well as more steamy ones. Marina Vivancos is fantastic at writing both steam and omegaverse, and I fell in love with these guys and the way their relationship unfolded.

Overtime was an amazing read, and if you enjoy either hockey or omegaverse romances, I wholeheartedly recommend to try this series! Even if you’re not sure about omegaverse, this series would be a great starting point.

This was a ride. Ishir is in love with his childhood best friend and fellow NHL player Zee. When Zee is traded to Ishir's team, it's their year-long dream coming true. Except now Ishir has to live with the man he is in love with. And accept Zee's very territorial behaviour even though they're just friends. Everything is going to be just fine.

When Ishir's weird superstitions lead to very ambiguous lines being crossed with Zee, where his best friend picks Alphas for him to celebrate his goals with, Ishir is not sure how comfortable he is with pushing the line this far. And then it gets more and more intimate and Ishir has to decide between putting his heart on the line or backing off.

Zee is so damn whipped for Ishir. But Zee is straight (as in, he likes Omegas), right? Well maybe Zee is Ishir-sexual, actually.

This was so strange of a read, their relationship was def fucked up but it was a fun read, my least favourite so far though, probably. It felt like I was on crack sometimes when I was reading this, but again? Soft! the boys care so much for each other! In this one, Zee was probs the closest to the growling alpha cliché, but he is not an asshole in general he just has Issues, but he is a fun character and a good sunshine foil to Ishir's more introverted nature.

Can't wait for next book for some more angry tension (fingers crossed!)

This was such amazing read, gosh.

Granted, I really wasn't into the whole thing with Zane choosing which guys Ishir will sleep with, but this kinda ends after 30% and we're not forced to read details about Ishir having sex with other people - at least not too much. Like, when they get to the point where Ishir leaves with another (chosen) guy, we were told just a little bit about the first sex scene - and it was very brief - and then we're just told about the next... one or two? I forgot, but that was over quickly, thankfully!

Zane was so damn possessive, and yet so respectful. Don't really know how to describe it - you gotta read it to understand - but even though Zane was so damn possessive and all over Ishir, it was never to the point of restricting Ishir in any way nor getting in the way of his life and friendships and his sexual life. I really love how the possessiveness was handled in this story and I enjoyed their relationship to the max.

That bit of drama at end was dragged out a bit too much for me, considering what was the cause of it, but it's not a big deal. I'm also one of these people that don't enjoy sex scenes in epilogues... And I loved all intimate scenes between Zane and Ishir, but that last one (in the epilogue) wasn't entirely my cup of tea - but again, not a big deal.

And still, I enjoyed every second of it, from the beginning to the end.
