There’s a certain aura to Welsh-centric poetry I can never really describe. I loved that in this collection, as well as the fact that it told a story, and wasn’t just some random poems stuck together in the same book. That being said, I couldn’t really connect with the narrator, and overall don’t feel like this relatable on a personal level.
