I definitely liked the first book better, and found myself inhaling the parts of this story that featured Rachel & her boys. Don’t get me wrong, I loved Tess and Ryan.. but Tess frustrated me multiple times when Ryan was nothing but honest and communicative. Regardless a GREAT book. Cannot wait for the third coming out in June.

I liked the first 30%. The last 20% felt like such a chore. This book is way way way too long.

I thought it just took to long. It focused on so many little things that the major plot points got lost, buried, and in the end just thrown together to wrap them up instead of feeling finished.

Also the secondhand embarrassment for the epilogue was so real. I cringed the entire time.
