My least favorite of the series. Underdeveloped characters. And just the way that Logan and Grace’s story started was very rushed, very unrealistic, very unbelievable, very chlichè, and just plain annoying. I felt like the writer could have taken her time bringing the characters together rather than slam it into our faces. Like one minute they’re arguing (barely know each other) the next they’re close enough for Logan to trust Grace with his daughter and credit card...

I think it was the perfect story to finish this great series, tbh I wasn't expecting much from it, the last book before this one wasn't my favourite even though Cole (leading man) was, and I thought the patter of the stories were becoming too much of the same, and although that's why I love this series, I was craving something more different than following the same structure of the books with different characters, and with this final book I got what I wanted, the story was great, I really liked the characters, the plot, and the patter or structure of the book was a little bit different without losing the essence of the series. I really love Samantha Young's writing, with her books I feel the chemistry of the characters as if I were living it, as if it's my own, and not all writers or books make me feel that, that's something I only can find in Jennifer A. Armentrout, a few others and Samantha Young.
Oh and the epilogues!!!! It was awesome seeing all the previous lead character's POV. So there's really no point in even considering a rating, for me it was a 5 stars without question :)

This series is over!! It’s killing me knowing that there wont be a new book in this series! I haven’t read any other books by Samantha Young except the Dublin Series. I love this series so much and this book was a perfect ending to the series. When we met Logan in Echoes of Scotland Street, I already fell in love with this protective big brother.

“No man alive loves a woman as much as I love you. I never thought I would feel this way about anyone. I didn’t think it existed. Not for me.”

Logan has always put everyone else before him and he just got out of prison for protecting his sister. He has a great apartment, an amazing job with the bonus of plenty of women to make up for his two-year dry spell. Little did he know that the biggest distraction would be the woman living right next door to him.

“Grace.” His head dipped toward mine. “Tell me to leave.”
“No,” I whispered back, relaxing into the wall, and he melted into me with a groan. “I want you to stay.”
He looked into my eyes as if searching for the answer to something. “If I stay I’m going to fuck you.”
I trembled in reaction to his bluntness and licked my lips before I moved my feet, widening my legs so he could fit just right between them. His eyes flared at the movement, and I reached up so our lips brushed as I whispered. “I’m counting on it.”

Grace didn’t like Logan at the beginning of the book. That is because he had a revolving door of women and she heard everything he did! They came to blows when they had an awkward introduction and Grace vowed to stay away from him. But then someone comes it there life who sifts both there lives of there axis! All Grace ever wanted was a MR.RIGHT and then Logan slowly starts morphing into the exact man that Grace is looking for. When she finally crumbles and gives into him, the voices of their pasts come back and try to throw them off their path.

“Taking in their expressions, I just knew it.
Logan had enlisted them.
The bugger.
“Oh dear God.” I let my head fall back as if in supplication to an unmerciful deity. “Why me?”
Joss snorted. “Yeah, doesn’t it suck when gorgeous, funny, loyal Scotsmen fall in love with us?”

The chemistry between these two was hot. I loved both Grace and Logan so the push and pull of their relationship completely sucks you in – taking your emotions along for the ride. There are some laugh out loud moments and I can tell you that it was a perfect end to the series! I am really sad that the series ended. I followed this series from the beginning and I really do hope that Samantha will surprise us by adding some novella’s or a spin-off series where she writes about all the children! It was perfect in a dreamy, romantic, sexy sort of way. It had just the right amounts of angst, humor and hot, hot sexy times!

“I told you I don’t do casual sex.”
He sat up, too, now. “Grace, there is nothing fucking casual about how I feel about you.”

Moonlight on Nightingale Way is the sixth and final book in the On Dublin Street series by Samantha Young. Each book can be read as standalones, but I would recommend reading in order to get full enjoyment as the characters are interconnected. I was really excited about this story after meeting Logan in Echoes of Scotland Street, and I couldn't wait to get to know him better. I have to say that this might be my favorite of this series! I really enjoyed it and I am sad that the series is now over.

After two years of serving time, Logan is ready to start over. Everything is looking up for him with a new job, apartment and plenty of women to keep him company. But his next door neighbor Grace doesn't appreciate his playboy ways and the two of them clash. Grace left behind her manipulative family for her group of friends, and she loves her job. But with Logan constantly interrupting her work with his conquests, her once perfect life has turned into one annoying situation after another. But when Logan's world is flipped upside down, Grace is there for him when he needs someone the most. Soon the two of them are learning that they aren't as bad as they once thought the other was, and they find themselves becoming friends. Just when it looks like they might have something between them, Grace's past threatens everything.

I loved these characters! What started off as enemies that couldn't stand each other, quickly changed to a tentative friendship that I couldn't get enough of! These two annoyed one another and had a ton of tension between them, but they were also really attracted to one another and you could tell it was going to be explosive when they finally figured things out. Logan and Grace were pretty much opposites, but I really enjoyed seeing how well they worked together. They were great as friends, and the way that they supported one another was great. Logan was protective of Grace and looked out for her and Grace was sweet and kind and was exactly what Logan needed when his life changed so drastically.

Overall, I really enjoyed this book and the ending of this series is definitely bittersweet for me. While I loved this book and was glad that it finished on a high note, I am sad that this is the last book. This was definitely one of my favorites of the series, if not my favorite, and I think that readers will really enjoy getting to know Logan and Grace. I highly recommend this series, and I love Samantha Young's writing style. If you are looking for a great contemporary romance story, you really can't go wrong with any of her books. I am looking forward to seeing what Samantha Young writes next.

Logan and Grace were my everything! I loved these two from start to finish.

Moonlight on Nightingale Way was definitely a bittersweet kind of romance book for me. Bitter because the series is basically over and I just have a couple of novellas left to read and review. Sweet because I just love every couple that Samantha throws at me.

I've probably mentioned this so many times in the book reviews for this series but Logan Grace were practically made for each other. Maybe written for each other? Either way, they were perfect! I even enjoyed Mia for the time being.. but she kind of annoyed me in some parts of this book.

Logan, Shannon's older brother, is fresh out of jail and looking for a new start. He just happens to run into Grace a whole bunch of times. Meanwhile Grace wants nothing to do with him. She definitely has a back bone and isn't afraid to voice her opinions about him to his face. I loved her spirit and spunk.

The sexual tension was amazing in this book. Again, I absolutely loved these two. Even when Logan's past comes up to haunt him or bite him in the ass.. I always had these two to fall back on. They leaned on each other without always realizing it. These two deserved happiness even when they didn't think they did.

Overall, I loved this bittersweet kind of book. I will definitely try to go as slow as I can with the last few novellas.. but no promises!

A beautiful ending to a beautiful series.
Grace and Logan are really sweet together and I really enjoyed their story.
I'm gonna miss all these characters. It feels bittersweet to finish the last book of the series.
I'm gonna say though, it is ok for a couple not to have kids. It is ok to not want them, it is ok to not be able to have them. I think a couple with no kids could have made this a bit more realistic and maybe more relatable - it got a bit overwhelming when everybody started to get pregnant.
Other than that, thank you for creating this world for us to escape in, Samantha. ❤️ I particularly like that it is set in Edinburgh, which I believe is one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

Samantha Young has always had the exact recipe to create a wonderful story. All perfect ingredients in perfect amounts takes the reader through an emotional journey through the eyes of her characters. Absolutely spectacular. I loved the character Grace in this book. While emotionally damaged and love-wary, she does not come across as weak, bitter or whiny. Logan, while strong, gruff and determined, does not come across as boorish or domineering. The quiet strength, fortitude and compassion of the characters is enchanting. All of the stories in the Dublin series have had such original plots and characters - Moonlight on Nightingale Way is no different: beautifully woven. Although I'm quite sad that this series is now over, Samantha Young has done a wonderful job of wrapping up the stories of all of the characters she has lovingly created. Rather than feeling a sense of loss at no longer peeking into the lives of Joss, Braden and the tribe, Samantha has written the ending so that you're comfortable in knowing that their lives will sail beautifully on. I'd recommend this book, and this series, to anyone who enjoys a great love story that's both provocative and insightful.

I can't believe I haven't been reading these books at least twice a year since discovering them :( these people just have my heart, I love them all so much. I feel like I'm losing my friends because I'm finished.

Although I did like Logan and Grace very much, Braden and Cam (and maybe Cole) are just my favorite of the series. But single dads are one of my favorite tropes now :)
