I really enjoyed the whole journey this interview takes you through! This is probably my favorite vampire story I’ve experienced. I’ve never been the biggest fan. I think something about being immortal and stoic all the time makes the stories around them lack drama. But this one has plenty of drama. Lots of exploration of immortality and the morality around it. I really liked how it ended too! Not exactly what I was expecting. But I didn’t know what to expect and I liked that.
I watched the movie forever ago and barely remember it, but I only remembered things from the first part. The book is completely better than the movie.
