I gave the first book 0 stars so i don't even know why i read the second one where the main trope is cheating , He cheated on his wife with her in the first book so I don't know why I was surprised when he cheated on her in the second book not to mention the SA that was easily glossed over

Could’ve been part of the first book, felt like there was a lot of fluff added in to try to fill the book. Second half of the boom seems like it was written by an entirely different person than the first. The characters act completely different from how they were described in the fist book, time jumps and pacing is off. Overall a disappointment following the fist book
