This was a nice step up from Volume 3 and I think did a really good job in adding to the series.

While it was predictable due to the cliché and trope usage, it didn’t ruin the book. I actually would say it’s my favourite so far as it added to the world and expanded on the characters (especially the adults) in an interesting way. It’s added to the cast and started to poke at a larger story. I’m really interested to see where it goes in the next book.

I think it’s also on of the better paced books so far. I never felt like a scene or section was dragging or unneeded.

Overall a good addition to the series and I’m curious to see where the story goes.

Lumberjanes has consistently surprised me. This is a comic that I picked up because everyone else seemed to be reading it, but the first volume didn't really do a lot for me. Don't get me wrong, it was cute. It was completely adorable. But it was ultimately underwhelming in comparison to the praise I had seen the series garner.

But each volume has upped the game, and Lumberjanes has grown from a comic that was cute, to a comic that I liked, to one that I really love.  Volume 4 is the best yet, with new characters and new mystery is being introduced, and more hints that being a Lumberjane is more truly more than a summer camp experience.

What the closing of this volume, I can officially say I'm hooked. I can't wait to see what happens next.
