A pretty good guide that answered some of my answer about the series.

I am glad I read it as a reminder for who everyone is and as a recap for what has happened so far. Now, it is not actually necessary to read it because, with the exception of a couple short stories, it really is just a recap.

A Short recap and review of all the characters and stories. I am not big on recaps but I did enjoy the few shorts that peeked into new stories. I am looking forward to The Pack series. It looks really interesting.

For a novella, Keys to the Repository felt kind of pointless. Unless the main mission was just to give us more information on everyone? Could just be me thinking this way though.

It was a summary of what all has happened in the Blue Blood series so far. Plus a concordance of everyone and everything in the Blue Blood series. There was a few very short stories intermingled throughout which were interesting. Glad to be up to speed because I'd forgot a lot of this and am now reading the newest in the series, Misguided Angel.

I love the concept/idea for this book. It's a companion novel to the other novels in the Blue Bloods series. It has untold stories about the characters during the books and in between each book. As well as family records, short stories to explain things that have happened, character lists, dictionary of terms, chapters from a new series (Wolf Pact) spinning off from Blue Bloods and the first two chapters of Misguided Angel. Very informative and gave a lot of insight into the books. Really enjoyed it and can't wait for the next book!!

Quick little re-iteration of the Blue Bloods story. There isn't any addition to the story, just a simple little guide. I had read the first 4 novels in the series in a short amount of time. Having Keys to the Repository helped refresh my memory in preparation for the next novel. :)

A lot of these books happens 'off screen' as it were. The premise is very interesting but the execution leaves something to be desired. I feel like you don't even get to truly feel the romance between any of the characters because all the connection and interesting plot points happen where you don't get to see them and you have to hear about them.
Very gossip girl feel to it with very few things that keep the plot interesting. The characters are also very flat making it hard to engage with them.

this book links all of the others together, it made all of the confusing bits in the novels "fit". an awesome guide!
