It is a lovely book and everything sounds delicious. However, it is lacking in imagery. Most of us eat with our eyes first, and i have to admit that a photo of something delicious is more likely to have me wanting to test out the recipe. While there are some delicious looking dishes featured, there are a lot of recipes with no image at all. For me that is a negative. I love the concept of buddha bowls and the book does have some great recipes, i just would have liked more photographs.
