Overall, I really enjoyed this book. The characters in this book were so realistic and valid; and I loved in particular James’ family, especially his little brother, Rex, who embodies the perfectly told younger sibling. The only complaint that I have about this book, is that it’s fairly unoriginal. The premise of his letters is a minute detail of the book, and it’s overall just one big coming out story. I don’t have a problem with that, but if you’re looking for an adventurous tale, this isn’t it.

Such a lovely story!! James is trying so hard to figure out what he wants/needs/prefers while trying to live up to society’s expectations.
Just lovely!

Easy read. I liked the whole idea of the letters and it being mailed out. If I were to really nitpick, it would be the fact Topher and James only seem to have two dimensional relationship. We never see a lot of times where they seemed to actually have a connection. Also, the whole Theresa thing. We never get some form of closure with the whole betrayal.
