By far more interesting than book 5. I didn't like Dumbledore in the movies, I still don't like him in the books. It's also wildly inappropriate for professors to be alone with minor students doing whatever it is that Dumbledore is doing. The fact that he goes to a child (Harry is 16yo) should say much about his character. The horcrux concept is interesting. Oddly specific that somebody would pick items related to Hogwarts and not some random object. I find it sus that Dumbledore already knew finding Voldemort’s horcruxes and trying to destroy them prior to Harry’s assignment to recover the truth from Slughorn.
Hermione is not a girl's girl. She and Ron are so mean to Lavender, Cho, Luna, and Pavarti. Rude AF. Snape is an interesting character, as is Draco. And more time should've been spent on those two.
The Order of the Phoenix should be the ones to find those horcruxes, but they aren't really doing anything useful to protect Harry or the school.
Anywho, the wizarding world needs to sort some of it's priorities and do better about meshing the modern world and they could really benefit from not being so prejudice or ignorant toward people and other beings (goblins, elves, centaurs, merfolk, giants, vampires, ghosts, etc). Overall, an entertaining series.
