Wow

I was so dang excited for this book and it didn't disappoint. I love Bishop and Lilly. I understand Toby because being bipolar sucks. He's so much like Brody and its funny. Also Bennett is such a sweetie and Bee is a great bestie. I can not wait for the conclusion to this duet
slow-paced

A game of Choice by Alisha Williams I really enjoyed this novel Tobias and Lily had the Forbidden romance being step siblings but I love the connection between them and of course there's an added person in the mix that brings their dynamic to an intense and satisfying read hockey is part of the plot of the story and you will learn a lot about it I do like the detention to details the the character development was great it was a slow burn I cannot wait to read book too this was a very entertaining and nice weekend break read a highly recommend

Oh, Alisha, you have done it again! Be prepared to feel every emotion with this book.

goodness !

Wow! I’m still reeling over that cliff hanger and I can’t wait for book 2 to come fast enough . Lillianna and Tobias have had a very complicated relationship but not in the way one would think. You can definitely see in the pages how deep there feelings were for one another but yet neither knew the magnitude . Their family dynamic is an interesting one . There was a revelation I didn’t even notice until it was said and I loved how it was written in. This book was great !

In true alisha williams fashion she has yet again given us characters we can't help but fall in love and root for. And of course a massive cliffhanger for our boy Toby. Lilly and Toby have always been close, even though they're step siblings, their relationship has been anything but brother and sister. They both pined for each other, oblivious to the others feelings. Then of course so many things happened and now Lilly is going to SVU, where Toby and bishop both attend. Their relationship has been strained and he's keeping secrets. And not only that but bishop is harboring a secret of his own. He's falling for his best friend and no longer wants to hold his feelings back. This book gets heartbreaking and messy and raw and the mental health representation is on point as always. I love that there's always that representation in her books along with lgbtq characters. I'm loving where this story is going and I hope Toby pulls his head out of his butt and gets it together before he loses everyone he cares about.

Even having not yet read the Silver Valley University books(now I really want to), I wasn't lost at all while reading Lily and Toby's story. I'm not always a big fan of hockey romances but that wasn't the *main* focus. There's a bit of a forbidden element with the Stepbrother plot, but there also is another guy in the mix and I was here for that MFM love story. While it was a bit of a slow burn, it wasn't annoying because the character development and emotional buildup was great and Alisha Williams is someone who always makes great commentary while writing. This one is definitely worth a read.

Mixed emotions

Love this return to SVU, this time with Lily, Toby and Bishop, we get to catch up with Ellie and the guys again who are still as goofy.
Lily and Toby have such a weird relationship, one Toby struggles with causing major friction between him, Lily and Bishop who have all been together as friends for years. Throw in hormones, alcohol and college then we have a recipe for troubles and misunderstandings.
You can really feel your experiencing the crazy college lifestyle along with Lily and Bianca reading this, such a well written book.
It left me desperately wanting the second part of this amazing story.

Absolutely thrilled with who she ends up with. I think the forbidden aspect was a little overdone but not distractingly so. I went in blind not having read the first series in this shared world but now I’m hooked and going back to read the others. I love the FMC doesn’t let anything come between her friendships and her very mature outlook on relationships of all varieties. The poly, mental health, and LGTBQ+ representation was beautifully done. She is a fiercely protective and loving sister and it’s amazing! Love me some Ship! On the edge of my seat for book two!

what I needed but didnt know I wanted. It was good and I hope bishop gets involved next book cause I am ready for that
