This was okay, and I really liked the illustrations, but not a home run for me. Might be fun for storytime.

An adorable story of a young boy desperately waiting on some mail to arrive strikes up a friendship with his magical mailbox. 

The illustrations are detailed, charming, and captivating. I love that many of the illustrations are drawn on envelopes and interact with the physical object. Definitely a sweet story for any age.
