This is a gut wrenching book that also happens to show the sweet side of childhood and friendship. 
While exploring themes such as personal growth, overpowering past and nostalgia, it also teach us about the magnificent county that Afghanistan once was.

I wept like a child reading this book. Khaled Hosseini makes writing seem effortless; his prose is absolutely beautiful. The Kite Runner is the most visually stunning, profound, and memorable book I have ever read. My heart aches and I don’t think I’ll ever be the same.
