What a ride! I loved the shifting perspectives and the story keeps you guessing up to the end. Not a book for the faint of heart. This one ups the stakes from the first book and is relentless in the intensity and graphic necromancy. It would be a 5-star but it didn't have enough Gideon in it. Looking forward to the next one.

I love this book. Dark, emotional, necromantic space opera set over 10,000 years into the future- but manages to throw in a “none pizza left beef” joke.
