Happiness or free will?
Individuality or community?
Society has swung from one extreme to another in an endlessly relevant debate manifested in this dystopia.

I loved reading this almost 100 years after it was published. The author envisioned his future to be 600 years ahead of his own. It’s alarming how much this stories of this book still apply to our American society and really any society.

2.5 rounded up to a 3 for historical and literary significance. It reminded me a lot of ‘Euphoria.’ Mostly I just checked it out because it’s a classic and because of the connection to the new musical Flying Over Sunset.
