Vibe: I had a major book hangover from Drowning by TJ Newman I needed a quick, easy non investment book. This worked for what I needed. Not great, but I am trying to clear years of downloaded Kindle Free books from my kindle. I was intrigued enough to find out what was going to happen to finish it, but the last third was really more like skimming. Some of the torture light scenes were tough to read and thereβs dog scene I definitely skipped over. I would have DNFd at that point but it was so close to the end I just skimmed the rest.
