Another intriguing step back through history. Mostly read on the tube to make the commute more bearable. Reading books set in historical London are even better when you’re familiar with the areas they’re talking about, even though it was 300 years ago!

I enjoyed this book and was happily surprised to find interesting historical notes that followed.

I really enjoyed this book. It seemed a bit slower than the first but that also could just be the mood(s) I was in while reading
